I should have been blogging. But, my wife said to me, “I’m tired. I just want to sit and watch a movie.”
“So, what would you like to watch, a comedy?
“No, something sad.”
“Queen by Alex Haley?”
“No, not that sad.”
“Titanic?”
“Nope, too long.”
“How about While You Were Sleeping?”
“Yeah, I like that one.”
We sat on the couch. She leaned her head on my shoulder and we started the DVD. Five minutes into While You Were Sleeping I asked, “Who is this actress?” No response from my wife. She was sleeping.
